We recommend purchasing a dress that is a bit larger if you do not want to have a custom dress made.

A: Fan-C-Designs does not offer alteration services. We recommend working with a skilled tailor that has a background in bridal tailoring.

A: We require that you pay the entire cost of the gown at the time you place your order. You will see a charge to your credit card as soon as the gown is shipped.

A: If your item is in stock, it will take 7-10 business days for your gown to arrive. If your size or item is on backorder, ship date will be scheduled within 5-7 business days of the backorder date.

A: Your gown will be shipped via UPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package, but tracking information will be provided when your item is shipped.
