Usually, these items at their peak season will typically be at their best availability. Due to them being locally grown, you’re saving money and you’re supporting  local businesses and featuring the flavors and blooms of your local area.

Directing guests to your wedding website for more information will not only help you save money, but also it will give the ability for guests to ask questions if needed. 

Also, it’s a good way to have information such as directions to the venues, accommodations, and activities planned.  How you direct guests to your website is up to you, but the easiest way is to either add the URL to your save the date communication or add a QR code for easy access for your guests.

Keep the Same Venue for the Ceremony and Reception

Having two different venues can make your costs add up as you’re paying for two locations. Finding a venue where you could do the ceremony and reception together will cut down on the time for vendors you need to pay hour by hour.  You could also possibly secure a better rate or receive a better package this way. This way also saves money by not requiring transportation to and from other venues.
